Here at Callowfit, we don’t think being good to yourself should be a struggle. We see no reason why the healthy option can’t also be the most delicious one. Our passion for good taste has driven us to develop a range of exceptional sauces. Which go perfectly with the way you choose to live your life. Get 100% enjoyment. It all begins with taste
Our name, Callowfit, is derived from CALorie LOW FITness. We started out making sports nutrition, but in 2015 noticed a growing demand among fitness-fans for sauces that actually taste really good while still fitting into a balanced diet.
Those available at that time weren’t bringing any joy, because zero-calorie sauces also meant little flavour and disappointing consistency. We set out to find a solution.
We started...
We started envisioning how wonderful it would be to have sauces that taste great while being low in calories, through avoiding added sugars and fats. Sauces that would also be free from lactose, gluten and animal products. In the years that followed, we developed Callowfit.
With our first six delicious flavours, we quickly made our mark in Germany. Other countries soon followed. All driven by our desire to make healthier sauces for everyone, without compromising on taste. A strong principle that we remain devoted to, in heart and soul.
That tastes more like it!
Those six flavours initially released were just the beginning. Callowfit is now available in more than 30 countries around the world. After all, it’s not just fitness-fans who desire health-conscious food. In addition to gyms, nutrition consultants and specialist shops, more and more supermarkets are offering our sauces.
Because what’s not to like about healthy choices? The whole world is loving our delicious flavours. Without gluten, lactose, added sugar, aspartame, fat and animal products. Meanwhile, Callowfit is continuing to develop more and more flavours and attract more and more fans!

Callowfit believes that everyone should get to enjoy great tasting food. And that health-conscious eating, which is the choice of more and more people, shouldn’t be a barrier to that. This is why all our products are vegan and we use healthier, natural raw ingredients whenever we can.
